We ship Noble Dwarf orders from the United States and package each item carefully to ensure it arrives safely. Below you’ll find our processing times, delivery estimates, and return policies.

Shipping

Processing times

• In-stock items: up to 4 business days
• Custom prints: up to 2 weeks

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. We ship worldwide using major carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and others available for your address) through Shippo.

Delivery estimates (after shipment)

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (delivery times vary by country and customs processing)

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

International duties & taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in checkout pricing.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Standard returns (unused items)

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Custom items

Custom or personalized items, including made-to-order prints, are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
